Booking and cancellation scope

astroremdeez will publish cancellation terms for consultations, calls, chats, or app-booked sessions as those features become active.

This launch page exists so users understand the intended policy direction before real-time booking goes live.

Expected cancellation policy

Once bookings are enabled, cancellation eligibility may depend on whether a session has started, whether astrologer time has been blocked, and whether the interaction was delivered in full or in part.

  • Late cancellations may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
  • Sessions already completed will generally not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Technical interruption handling may be reviewed case by case.
